Historical yalis of Hatice and Fehime Sultan were restored as a hotel within the scope of this project, by applying highest standards. 5 underground levels, a ballroom and multistory parking, descending down to -27 m below the Mean Sea level were constructed just below these yalis by applying top-down methodology and using diaphragm walls.
